Easy to book and communicate with. Leo is fantastic for men’s haircut. He is meticulous and takes time to explain what he’s doing and demonstrating how to style. Pricing is reasonable. The salon is fairly modern and clean.

I came here due to hearing really good reviews, and a few friends making recommendations. Atmosphere was nice and very welcoming, I asked for a front nice cool caramel colour and walked out with almost orange hair as the girl who did it was rushing between myself and another two clients. I understand everyone is trying to get as much work done, but if anything they could have asked me to come back next time. Not only was the colour bad but my hair cut was uneven, to which i had to go elsewhere to fix it. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place.

Sena was great. Had one of a few times in my life when I walked out of a hair salon being happy. Sena understood exactly what I needed and she never pointed out my grey hair (which would always make me feel bad). She did her job very carefully and considerately.

I always get my hair done here..Best customer service and trustworthy staff. I was skeptical where to get my hair done for the first time in melbourne. But this place took care of me and made me comfortable the whole time. Considering I have curly hair they did a very good job making it look beautiful. Specially leo, he is perfect at what he does and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!!

Leo is very talented and did an amazing job to my hair end to end. He also explained the steps in the process along with some helpful information on treatments and maintaining good hair. K concept staff has been very welcoming and friendly. They ensured I am very comfortable through the process and happy with my hair 🙂Thank so much guys! be back soon 🙂

I recommend Hair Stylist Jeff, he is patient and professional. Not only good at men cut but also women hair cut. I really enjoy today’s haircut experience, hope K concept better and better!

Absolutely amazing hair salon! Amazing customer service from the beginning till the end. Got a digital setting perm for the first time and loved it ❤️ I was allocated Leo as my hair designer. I was unsure of what hair style I wanted and asked him to recommend a hair style that suits my face shape. He showed me pictures and patiently explained to me what he was going to do. The end result was outstanding 👍 he even gave me tips on how to maintain my hair and look after it. Highly recommend 😁 I will be a frequent customer for sure!
